The use of steel wire ropes should comply with the following relevant regulations:
(1) The wire rope should have a product technical performance and quality certificate issued by the wire rope manufacturer.
(2) The specification and model of the steel wire rope of the tower crane should comply with the specifications of the crane, and should be matched with the pulley and drum to ensure correct winding.
（3） The steel wire rope shall not be twisted, flattened, bent, broken, broken wire, broken core, cage shaped deformation, etc.
(4) The steel wire rope is well lubricated and kept clean;
（5） When the steel wire rope is firmly connected to the drum, and the tower crane steel wire rope can be released, at least three circles (safety circles) should be retained on the drum;
（6） The end of the steel wire rope shall meet the strength specified in the specifications: the insertion length shall not be less than 20-25 times the diameter of the steel wire rope, the insertion length shall not be less than 300mm, and the insertion part shall be tied with fine wire, which shall be greater than 20 times the diameter of the tower crane steel wire rope.

Wire rope anti detachment device: prevents the wire rope from jumping out of the groove during rotation, causing the wire rope to get stuck, break, or grind the shaft, resulting in hook accidents. Steel wire rope inspection: severe deformation: wave deformation, cage deformation, rope strand extrusion, steel wire extrusion, local shrinkage, local flattening, severe twisting, and severe bending.
Car rope breakage protection device: The car rope breakage protection device is a safety device that prevents the car from slipping when the luffing car rope breaks.
Hook insurance: To prevent accidents where the safety angle of the lifting steel wire rope changes too much or the hook is not appropriate, which can easily lead to the steel wire rope falling out of the hook head and injuring people due to the lifting object falling. The gap time is less than 20% of the rope diameter.
